I've had these images saved for agggggeess - it's taken me so long to share them. My bad! I was perusing Madeline Weinrib's site and came across them - aren't they stunning.... and have you noticed..... they are vintage scarves, amazing. The top one is YSL and the bottom one is Schiaparelli. I'm off to ebay and etsy to search 'vintage scarf' - I'm thinking vintage scarf cushions will be a good way to start my bedroom redecoration.... x

How can a whole week have gone past since my last post! So sorry - crazy busy and lacking in blogging mojo. Although I must say - complaining of lack of enthusiasm to blog is usually when it (thankfully) magically reappears again. Speaking of blogging mojo- have you seen Anna's new look? Love it. Perhaps that is what I need, a 'spruce up'. Got to dash - orders to pack for the shop, presentation to prepare for work. Never a dull moment. love lots x

More treasures from my tear sheets - I thought it strange I had a couple of pics of stunning pools, especially due to my serious aversion to get in a swimsuit and get in a pool?! Mind you, I'm quite happy to sit pool side and sip a cocktail or three.... These images couldn't be further from the current wintry weather we are currently experiencing in Adelaide. I'm not complaining though, I love winter x

Want to know how I 'stumbled' across it? - sooooo, I'm a fan of Briar's blog and Briar went to Bali for a friend's wedding. They went to Sea Circus for welcome drinks and she posted photos of it. I fell in love with the bathroom. I then poured over the Sea Circus tumblr. The tumblr featured the ring, that led me here. Where you can buy the ring with its gorgeous turquoise tent (currently out of stock) but you can buy it in other colours, AND there have the most amazing collection of other rings, AND (wait for it, its the best bit) - they ship to Australia! Happy Week!

Well there goes another weekend! - I've a busy week ahead, including a trip interstate for work. I have a growing list of emails to write, I hate not being on top of things. I'm hoping to get time to scan in all my magazine tear sheets as well - at least this one has finally made it. From the pages of Tatler magazine, how fun is it! What are you plans? xx

The perfect collaboration

I was so excited to see the most fabulous children's room in TradHome, mainly because of the art. "Little Star' by Madonna. Perfect. The cousin of the artist let me know that the appropriate credit hadn't been given - which led me to find Matthew Heller. I LOVE his 'homage to music'. Just some perfect examples above. I think it must have been Matthew that is behind this piece of perfection in Molly Sim's home. Only been pining after it for four years.... One day, I'll have one of his pieces. But how to choose a song. Anything U2 will always get me. But this by the Superjesus would be just as good me thinks x

How hilarious is this pic!!!! Mum and me circa 1980 (i think) - These days mum and I don't get around in matching outfits (phheeew, I hear you say) - but there is little denying we are mother and daughter. Love her lots I do. Currently getting the house ready to have mum and dad over for mothers day brunch. Putting together these guaranteed yummies - thanks Kate. I hope you all have a fabulous day with family xx

I've been eyeing off these beauties for some time now, but I have now learned something that makes them even more special. Letitia (of White Shed fame) offers these exclusively through her online store. Her sister who resides in the UK makes them from 100% Irish linen and recently 'hand delivered' the latest batch as she was home in Australia visiting. Swoon. Annnnnnddddd they come in white as well. Annnnnnnnddddd they are only $40. Love!
