Why Hello....

It's been a whole week. Sorry. Life is way too busy for my liking at the moment. How are you? I'm finishing up day three of a five day weekend (nice hey!) - and it could not have come at a better time. I'm almost 'wound down' and still have two days to go, yay. Glass of wine. Australian Open on TV, flicking through tumblr sites. It is the simple things I tell you. Be back again when I've got something good to share. No point posting otherwise! xx

Hot, Hot, Hot!

So it's only going to be 43 oC plus in Adelaide over the weekend (that's 109.4 oF for my Fahrenheit friends....) so lucky I'm heading to the beach. It's the first weekend of 2010, how did that happen?! I had friends over for dinner tonight and I managed to wish them all a "merry Christmas" as they left - time is seriously flying (so fast I'm only managing to say it for 2009, or getting in early for 2010, I'm so confused!) - happy weekend beautifuls, catch you Monday x

OMG....

Despite being back at work, I've been trying my hardest to extend out the 'holiday feeling' this week. Leaving work on time, sneaky gins and pink grapefruits with friends in the evening, and finally visiting my favourite blogs despite having more 'practical' things to do when I get home - it's almost like being on 'proper holidays'. So the darling Kathryn over at Snippet and Ink posted her 'favourites of 2009' and this image was included in her favourite 'gowns' post. I mean, the image in itself is enough to die for, but THAT DRESS - eeks! - Kate Towers is responsible for this master piece. So I head to her site - and, I. Die. A. Thousand. Times. Over. Every piece is to die for and I want it all.
