Rainbow Connection

Speaking of parties..... I remember seeing this fabulous cake some time ago, but now I have found a fabulous 'how to' actually make this cake - so cool!

I wanted to make this cake for my daughter's rainbow party, but she was insistent on having a colourful cake on the outside so we went with the less stylish smartie option. Must try this sometime though.

Oh this looks soooo good. I've also read that you can buy a pack of foil pie cases and use those. Might save a little on time. Love those colours!
