I don't know about you, but I live for the weekend. Don't get me wrong, I like my job (albeit a bit stressful at times) but there is nothing better than a sleep in, coffee with friends, pottering around the house and playing 'shop'. Believe me, I would NEVER be one of those people that would keep working if they won the lottery, too many other fun things to do!
This weekend is my ideal. Massive sleep in, coffee at the mary martin bookshop on the parade (Adelaidians, have you been? beautiful food and coffee, sooo not crowded like cibos), a bit of grocery shopping, come home - potter around, read, getting ready for Emma to come around and we are going to do some re arranging of my place (she is the master at this, when we shared a house a zillion years ago together in Nth Adelaide I'd come home from work, walk in the door - have to walk back out and check the number on the letter box to ensure it was actually my house - the WHOLE house would be rearranged - love it!). Sunday more of the same and then 'up the hill' for a lovely arvo with friends. Ok, now I'm just blabbering.....
I'll also be adding a heap of new stock to my shop this weekend, tres exciting.
Have a lovely one and I'll catch you next week x

I am so with you - the weekend is like a big sigh of relief after the rigour of the week! Enjoy. L x
the furniture rearranging is completely understandable! enjoy your weekend, beautiful girl, you deserve a big rest, you're such a busy thing. x
Wow, I could only dream of this. With a 4 year old and my 7 yr old niece sleeping over tonight there will be no sleeping in. I would love a coffee in the morning though so I am with you there.
ah my off days are weekdays so weekends are most stressful and i love the dress in the picture
Sounds like we shared very similar weekends! I can spend literally hours arranging a room in the house. Hubby thinks me mad - but he just doesn't get it like we do!! Great image today thank you!
Was loads of fun bella - I love the new room and will be even more gorgeous with the coffee table and cabinetry!!! xxx
sounds like your weekend is full of fun and relaxation!
Have a lovely week! until the weekend comes again:)

I LIVE for the weekends too! Lie ins, coffee, brunch with friends...catching up on all the things I don't get to do during the working week! :-)
Sounds wonderful!! Definitely my type of weekend. xx, b
Sometimes I get so behind during the week, that the weekend is overwhelming and I just throw in the towel, and regroup. My goal is to have a perfectly cleaned house and everything done already, and to kick back without worries
with post you speak out of my soul (like we germans say), this is exactly like I love to spend my weekends....Have a lovely day today!
