Can you remember? Those teachers at school that wore long knee high socks with sandals? Yep - my darling dad was one of them. Thankfully we have him out of sandals and in shoes.... with just higher than the ankle socks (hey - we had to meet half way, ok!)
So we have established that socks and sandals are a no-no. But this combination? Loving.

My pop used to do the same thing. I always wondered how he kept them up and then one day he showed me the elastic band that went on his leg underneath....however did he stand it I dont know!
I love this combination! My peeptoes are some of my most comfortable shoes, but obviously you can't wear them when it's cold! So yay to this trend!
