I love a good wedding, don't get me wrong - but is it just me, or are Australian brides afraid of colour when it comes to styling a wedding? I couldn't think of a better chance to go crazy with colour than at your wedding. But hey, maybe that is why I'm yet to marry. Colourful weddings is one thing the Americans do so well. The colors - YUM!!! The boots? Well....I see those a lot...you need to attend a good old hoe-down here in Texas - then those might make sense...haha!!!

Yahoo for colour...I agree I adore bright colourful weddings...here in Canada we tend to follow our US neighbours on everything...even weddings!
You're right. I've never been to a really colourful wedding. Even my own wedding was black and white.
I have been to a wedding where the bride wore black - and she looked gorgeous.
The colours are amazing! I love it! I especially love that they're not pastel colours! :)

I love the colurs too. I think you are right, some Aussie weddings do go for something 'safe'.

my both my sister-in-laws had colourful weddings, my brother's wife wore the palest of blues (her eyes looked incredible!) and her bride's babes wore gelati pink, yellow and green full skirts, with white corsetted tops. looked amazing! my hubby's sister had on her grandmother's 1920's wedding dress and her bride's babes wore identical style in one muted pink, one dusky plum tones and the other a purpley blue. again, fab! in both instances, it was the flowers that pulled the looks together. me? we all wore white (just the women)....many, many, many moons ago! xxx

Love the colour, so fresh and fun! And you are so right about Aussie brides not doing colour, i guess if they knew it would look as gorgeous as this they might just give it a go! I'm yet to marry and so am considering colour, thanks for the inspiration,
