Great Expectations

Remember the movie, with Ethan Hawke and Gwyneth Paltrow? I believe it didn't get brilliant reviews, but I loved it. This room reminds me of Miss Havisham's home. Yes?

I loooved that movie! My college roommates and I used to watch it over and over and over. Do you remember how there was so much green throughout that film? Especially in Gwyneth's clothes. I'm sure it meant something.

This image is gorgeous and I adore that chandelier...wow!

i actually like the movie, too. and part of the reason was for it's lush set design.

i'd love to live in a place like that. someday . . . when i'm rich and famous.

That is my favorite movie. The same gut directed The Little Princess and it too had a lot of green in it.

Yes, it totally does! I would love a room like this with a lush garden like that outside the windows. Wouldn't it be the best place for afternoon tea? I'm filing this one away for future reference. Thanks for sharing it.
