Time to tighten the purse strings (actually forced to - this month is what I refer to as 'bill month' - every effing conceivable bill one can recieve arrives in my letter box in 'bill month') and therefore there is no 'play money' (not that that has stopped me - just ordered myself a cute lil' cushion from black & spiro....oops!) SOOOO rather than buy stuff - I've started to add things to my 'christmas list'. This books starts the list (amazon says hard cover is not yet released but I was flicking through it at Angus and Robertson in Nth Adelaide yesterday so..... it is out...yeah?). Only about $40 I think it is perfect as one of my 'kris kringle' gifts we do with our extended family. It features a home that caught my eye over at Living Etc - the home of Art Director Harvey Bertram-Brown........

Love the love cushions but also love the bamboo wallpaper with the paintings hung over the top - that looks fab.
I so love your blog Kimberlee - you always make me smile!
I love those LOVE cushions too! I guess I'll add them to my Christmas list! I've already started and my list is really huge! xo
great images today! as always, inspiring me to research more! love it.
callie
how sweet would it be to have those cushions in your bed *drool*
inspiring post kimberlee :)
The locker is so fine! And that fabulous branchy twiggy wallpaper just rocks xx
What cushion did you get? I love the 'I dont do mingers' sign...and the locker is great.
Ness xx
Your blog is so different from the ones I usually read, and I mean that in the best way.
It´s inspiring with photos from your home and others:-
Have a great evening

Yes yes yes! There's the wallpaper! It's called 'Woods' and it's by Cole and Sons...and I'm just a little obsessed with it :)
I love how they've used it in this house, too---it looks amazing framing that big doorway. And those metal lockers? Fabulous!
As it happens, I'm also completely crazy about the Vivienne Westwood Union Jack pillow in the first pic...though having seen it in person can say that it's a little itchy, not as soft and cuddly as a cushion should be---something that I'm sure you can appreciate as a cushion collector!
Vicki- I totally agree, I think I would be too scared to hang pictures on a wall papered wall but it looks so fantastic!
Style Guide - you love MY blog? Um hello!?!? - I love your whole friggin magazine and i'm not even close to getting married! the Wedding Style Guide is the bomb and it is even better because it comes from little old Adelaide - you girls do us proud!
Caroline - can you believe christmas is so soon! good on you for starting your list already, that way people know the perfect gift to give you!
Darling Callie - thanks sweets! x
Shill - I wonder where he got the cushions from? they are so much fun, me want, now!! x
Emma - Twiggy wallpaper and lockers - what more do you need darling!
Ness - oh I love a locker as well! - its just a little cushion -orange and white - i'll post on it (of course!?) - but i'm still umming and ahhhing over getting two green trellis covers made for some european pillows i have....
Gunilla - Thank you so much! that is so sweet of you to say, glad you enjoy it, because i'm having a ball with it! xxx
City Sage - its official, that house if fantastic, isn't it!!! - you comment about 'cushion collector' caught me out - i'd never thought of it, but it has become a little obsession of mine - oops! Isn't the rule that you buy big staple pieces and then accesorise with cheaper pieces to keep updating your look. Um, the amount i've been spending on cushions this year, it would have seriously made a dent in my mortage. ahhh well xx
I was so just thinking about this the other day...stop the buying and wait until Christmas... I didn't know about that book but it is def going on my list too and I love the love pillows, of course! Great finds!
