I knew it wouldn't take long - fifth visit to the gym and I've got an injury. Well, apparently it is cramp but I swear its much worse. It is still killing me. Cramp wouldn't hurt this much would it? - this is why I don't do exercise, the ouch factor. I think I've done a hammy - you know, a hamstring - but I'm not going to let this slow me down - after all I still have a fair bit of ham on my bone!!
